Buy if you HAVE to.
All in all, this book was just plain good. I was disappointed with it though. The prices were very inaccurate for the time. I urge you to look at other books.

As a beginning beaniologist, this was a great first read..
While it is impossible to keep prices current, as a starter beanie collector, I found this guide a useful resource.I still refer to it as I make my way through the mountain of plush with beans out there.I'm happy with it.. though the picture qualityfor some of the beanies could have been significantly improved.. Its worth the $15 I paid. (:o)

Frankly, I was disappointed in this book.It hassome good information, but the quality of the pictures is very poor.Many of them are out of focus or too far away and look very amateurish.Also, the prices for the Beanies seem out of date.I wish I could get Righty for $110.00. ... Read more

Very informative collector's guide
This new Miller's Guide is a very special one.Leyla Maniera and David Agnew present a various range of soft toys, classified in several chapters as animals, disney characters, comic characters, oddities, manufacterers,care & restoration.Many of the described toys are very unusual andyou won't know many of them from other collector's guides. Beside nicephotos, the descriptions contains informations about the manufacter, thehistory of origin and a valuation. The Ultimate Guide
This is a good book. I personally think it is fun because when I was little I got to be in the short clip with all the kids talking about their beanie babies. It was a lot of fun for me, I still have the weiner dog part of the set!!

Checkerbee Series Is Horrible
This is a horrible series with information that becomes outdated very quickly.Save your money and buy Beanie Babies, instead.

A great book to keep track of your beanies
I purchased this book to keep track of all of my investments, and it has done just that. It is a great book that gives you everything that a beanie babie collector needs to know. But on the downside, it has left out some ofthe prices for some strange reason. That's why it is only 4 *'s

I think it has great ways to help kids become collectors.

EXTREMELY helpful!
I just got this book in the mail today, and I must say, I'm impressed witheverything!!First of all, I live in Canada, but it still arrived BEFOREthe estimated time given!My day just got better when I opened the book. I've been collecting the Ty products for almost a year now, and this is thebest combination of information I've seen yet!It's nicely colored, easyto use, and has all the information you'll need to keep track of acollection!Although new beanies have hit the market since this waspublished, I still highly recommend this book for all the backgroundinformation it gives.

Wonderful paperback for Boyd Plush collectors. This book has great pictures, and identification details of all Boyd Plush. Best info for insurance purposes with original prices as well as current values. Super tool to update a database of your collection.Love it!
